Happy Labor day weekend everybody!
This last week wasn't my greatest, but I have finally gotten back into the groove of eating better which I am so glad for! Did some grocery shopping and emptied my house of anything bad. I did a few cardio sessions which is good but it's strength training I need to kick back into gear. After continuously going 3 times a week, I havent been at all in 2 weeks :ohwell: my trainer emailed me in shouty capital letters asking where I am lol. So I will definitely be getting back into that.
How did your week go? Sleep well? Did you meet your weekly mini goal?:happy:

I'm still not sleeping as well as I'd like, but I guess it can't be helped with the baby and all. Did not log in this weekend which is BAD, but I didn't misbehave with food. I'm just feeling a little rotten this week because of the TOM (affectionately known as "shark week" in our house) so I'm not anticipating a loss this week because I'm all bloated and lethargic. Looking forward to a better week ...0

My sleep was decent all week until last night.
I have a friend who mentioned she could walk at either 5:30 am or 7pm- I told her to choose since I didn't have plans today, but never heard from her.
I am NOT a morning girl, but decided I was going to walk even without her at the crack of dawn so that I could prove to myself that I could do it. Sadly, this means I only slept about 5 hours- starting to drag!0
