This month I am increasing my goal from 40 miles (run/walk) to 45 miles (run/walk). I am going to be on vacation for a week so this will be tough unless I am able to get some time in for running.

September is a "get things back on track" month for me. So, I'm shooting for 40 miles walking. Hopefully I'll get some time/miles in on the bike each week as well.0

I am going to shoot for 150 miles in September. I have 18 of those miles in the bag. Let's keep it going. I need to maintain my weight or maybe lose a couple more pounds by Halloween... so I can eat some of that candy I will be passing out... LOL0

I think I'll shoot for 60 miles or just run/walk. Here's hoping I can do this!0

At this point, I'm going to shoot for ANY number of miles I can get done, especially since I wasn't very successful during the August challenge.

I'm so sorry I've lagged totally, but I'm getting back on it now (yes I realise less than a week before end of Sept) hah

Through today (9/26) I will have completed 145.5 miles

Wow... another 150 miles walked/ran :drinker: Awesome!!
Lets go strong into October everyone... I'll need to walk another 150 miles to burn off all that Halloween candy :laugh:
