Only a .4lbs loss this week. A loss is a loss. Had a pretty bad couple of days as well as Aunt Flo coming to visit this week. But excited I could slip/squeeze into my size 10 jeans yesterday. Not as comfy as my 12s but won't take long if I just keep on hacking at it.

I only had a .4lb loss, but I wasn't discouraged at all! I added the Nerd Fitness Beginner Body Weight Workout to my M/W/F routine, and do HIIT on T/TH/S. If I had measuring tape I could use with no problems, I'd measure myself every week, but I just have regular measuring tape that I struggle with to use I WILL have measurements by the end of the month though, so I can see where I'm at
Week 1: 329
Week 2: 323.8 (-5.2)
Week 3: 322.4 (-1.4)
Week 4: 322 (-0.4)
Total Loss: 7.2lbs
I do have some old measurements, but I don't think I did them correctly. We'll see when I'm correctly measured at the end of the month
