I did the third fit test today and then did the day 1, month 2 workout right afterwards. I improved only a tiny bit but I definitely felt stronger even if my numbers didn't necessarily reflect it. Here are my results for the first, second and third fit tests:

Switch Kicks - 70 -> 89 -> 90
Power Jacks - 42 -> 44 -> 48
Power Knees - 74 -> 100 -> 100
Power Jumps - 20 -> 27 -> 31
Globe Jumps - 6 -> 9 ->10
Suicides - 8 -> 14 -> 15
Push Up Jacks - 15 -> 21 ->18
Low Plank Oblique - 44 -> 58 -> 62 (counted as one knee = 1)

Max Interval Circuit is a KILLER, but awesome. I felt so amazing when I was finished. I had to take a lot of breaks, but I think I hung in there pretty well. There are lots of new moves which I was happy about since I was starting to get a little bored with the month 1 workouts. I'm happy that we get to mix in Core Cardio and Balance a few times as a "rest" as well. What did everyone else think?

    Ok, finished the 4th fit test on Monday of this week. It doesn't look like many are keeping up with this thread but I'm going to post my results here for my benefit and anyone else who is curious:

    Switch Kicks - 70 -> 89 -> 90 -> 105
    Power Jacks - 42 -> 44 -> 48 -> 52
    Power Knees - 74 -> 100 -> 100 -> 112
    Power Jumps - 20 -> 27 -> 31 -> 30
    Globe Jumps - 6 -> 9 ->10 -> 10
    Suicides - 8 -> 14 -> 15 ->17
    Push Up Jacks - 15 -> 21 ->18 ->20
    Low Plank Oblique - 44 -> 58 -> 62 -> 74 (counted as one knee = 1)

    I have one week left of the program. I hope that my last fit test shows continuous improvement in each move.

    Dig deeper people!! :)
