I have a membership to Goodlife and am absolutely in love with their Zumba classes. I started out a year ago with my first class. Barely able to make it through. On the way home I had to stop and throw up because it really kicked my *kitten*. Fast forward to today and I am doing 2 back-to-back high intensity Zumba classes twice a week. I usually go to the Dufferin and Finch location because their instructors are hard core and super motivating. Tell me some of your Zumba stories. MFP Zumba nights perhaps?!
