September goals

Now that we are into September I am thinking about some goals for this fall.

1. I have to actually eat at a calorie deficit. It is not enough to just "want to" and have my total set at 1600, I have to actually do it if I have any intention of losing these last 10 lb.

2. Exercise 5x a week. This is actually a step back from where I was before. The reason, I feel like when I exercise too much then I start to get even hungrier which can result in overeating. Got to stop that. Only 3x a week will be cardio 2x a week pilates and lifting.

3. Continue to drink water and use water flavoring if I find myself getting bored with it. Water will help fill me up and ward off hunger.

4. I'd like to set a weight loss goal of a certain number of pounds but I always find myself getting disappointed when I don't make it. I think my goal is to just be at a lower weight than I am now by the end of September. Not a specfic number of pounds but just lower. I think if I do 1, 2 and 3, I can get there.

    My goal this month is to get back with it. Between the chaos that was last month and my house being struck by a bad cold bug my only goal is to get back at it.

    I would love to lose another 5 pounds before September is over and stick it out with 30 Day Shred, even though it is killing my knees!!!

    My goal for September is to find some type of exercise people can do with herniated discs... :(
    Basically I've been a little off track since bout a week ago when it happened. Also my goal for september is to really watch what I eat and stop night time eating!!!

    By the end of Sept. I'd like to get down to 175.
