Hello my friends.
Here is our September thread for those of us still tracking. Have a great month and burn those Calories.
My goal for the year is still 400,000 calories burned and I should be able to reach that goal.

I'm thinking if I get more "involved" maybe I'll get back on the band wagon... but we'll see. I have been tracking all year - just not really posting... but as I was looking at my September total thus far (halfway through the month) - I'm a little horrified! Ha!
Here's where I am for the year so far...

Somewhere along the line I had hoped to reach 250,000 calories burned over the year... However - I am thinking that I'm gonna actually aim a bit higher, because I should reach that pretty easily at this point. So - I am now AIMING for 300,000 Calories burned in 2012 - from purposeful exercise not just the everyday movement, cleaning, etc. Eek!
