Week 9 - Sept. 4

Deja vu.
Week 5, Day 2. And I didn't make it through, again.
Wonder if I ever will???
Today's program was 10/10/13/13/10/10/9//25
I did 10/10/13/13/10/10/9//23
I was so upset! Just two short, but I couldn't get them.
But I did something new this time.
After my 8th set, I did a ninth set, with 10 more standard pushups.
And following a rest after that set, I did a 10th set.
And did 20 more, although they were "girls" (knee) pushups.
I'm getting concerned that I won't be able to get beyond Week 5, Day 2.
As I was going down, I kept hearing a "crunch" sound.
Now my upper back and neck hurt.
I do have osteoarthritis in those joints.
I'm going to keep trying, but I may have reached my physical limit.
I haven't given up yet.
You haven't heard the last of me!

maybe you should go back to day1 and then try day 2 again! you can do it!!
I'm back to week 5 day 1, finish it on my limite but I finish... My foot is finally 100% better and I'm getting back on track!
