What would u consider "light" excercise?

So after 4 -5miserable weeks of not being able to workout due to placenta previa, at my apt the doctor said I can do light excersie that isn't straining on the uterus... I'm not sure what would be considered light excersie. I was planning to do 3lb dumbbell excerisis for my arms & maybe some squats w no weights for legs. And elliptical or walking.. my elliptical has no resistance so it shoudltn be straining I would guess. Any other suggestions? Soooo excited to get going again. I felt like crap w just walking.

I would think 3 or 5lb weights and maybe just walking or other low-impact cardio. Maybe you could even do some prenatal workout DVDs0
