I've been doing a good job exercising but my eating has slowly slipped back into old habits....

Track everything... I don't know... I'd like to hear some also. I've been struggling a bit in the food department. I find myself tracking up through the afternoon, then blowing off doing it in the evening (usually because I have what I consider "plenty" of calories left, but sometimes it probably really isn't)..0
