Protein Pancakes!!!

Options
Place all ingredients in blender:
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2c. no salt added cottage cheese (found at safeway or giant) Lucerne brand or Friendship brand
1 whole egg
blend and add water if you need to, it'll be smooth like pancake batter
pour onto pan and make 4 x the recipe. they'll last all week!
2 cakes = 1 serving and you can spread natural peanut butter and have sugar free syrup or natural jam on them... you can even make a pb&j sandwich to go using 2 cakes.
