Hi everyone! My name is Audrey and I live in the St John area and work in Creve Coeur. I just joined Club Fitness about 2 weeks ago and the "exercize" thing is all new to me. I was excited to see a group in St. Louis and still hoping it is up and active.

Looking to meet you all and make new friends as well as get and offer support/motivation & encouragement. I know WE can do this, giving up is never an option ...............
