I am on my second day of P90X and would love to start a group to get motivation. I am doing the lean program I am hoping to be done around December. I wish there was a way to put the work out program in the Data base to track the calories etc. Suggestions are great. Bring It!!!!

Strength training (one exercise at a time with rest in between sets)
Circuit training (one exercise after another with minimal rest)
Aerobics (self-explanatory)
You can count it as one of those depending on the workout.0 -
