Are the men scared to come to class? Perhaps afraid of being "schooled" ?? hahahaha :huh:
Glad that we got a chance to get together and sweat it out yesterday and I'm looking forward to getting to know you over the next few months....
April showed me that even though I THOUGHT I was doing well cardio-wise, I have a long way to go.... But fear not... I will huff... I will puff... and I most certainly will turn red and pass well by the glistening stages, but I will not give up.
