Hi Essex peeps,
I'm 31 and live in Tiptree. Wondering whether anyone else weighs in on a saturday morning? Wanted to share results to motivate :0)

    I usually weigh-in on mondays. But I do log everyday, feel free to add me x

    I have my slimming world weigh in on a monday but I do my at home weigh in on a sat or sun morning. Hope things are going well for you x
