Hi

I am looking to see if anyone does clean eating? looking for some new clean eating friends for support.

also if you do clean ea t- what bread do you buy?

    its eating foods that are unprocessed - lots of lean meats, veggies, fruits and wholegrains.

    Yes I clean eat, but I dont eat bread!

    We try to do this as we don't buy much processed food. But bread unless you bake it yourself can never fit this category.

    will stay away from bread then, think thats the best option here x
