    today managed to do a workout and stick to the diet hoping that will keep the number shrinking

    Niki I hope that the move wasn't too stressful and that you are unpacking and settling in

    I hope that school is going well for all-teachers, students and parents

    and that we are all getting closer to our goals and dreams
