Happy first football Sunday!
If you're not a football fan then just Happy sunday
This has been a great week for me. Up until last night when I hit a craving I couldn't fight (I probably could have if I tried harder and just kept telling myself no, but I gave into it sadly) But thats okay because I was not satisfied after giving in, I felt icky and disappointed in myself a bit. It just wasn't worth it. And now I think I will be able to fight those cravings better knowing the outcome.
I am on 5 hours of physical activity and will be putting in that last hour tonight after work.
Tomorrow I get in some good grocery shopping and start meal planning better for this week. When school starts that will be my biggest obstacle. But I am proud of how well I've done this week and have been trying hard to keep my self off the scale until tomorrow morning lol.
Tell me about your week?

My week has gone better. I did better with my work outs this week while going to school. I'm starting to do better with drinking water, but there could be some improvement with drinking more each day. I'm hoping to step up my work outs more this week so I can see some more improvement. When I got on the scale this morning I lost 2 pounds, and next week I'm wanting to step it up to 3 pounds.0

Happy Sunday!
It has been a tough week for me. I have fallen to several temptations and am hoping that I can bust through some serious burn before my Thursday weigh-in so I can hit the 50lbs lost mark! I only need to lose 1.1lbs to do so! More than do-able, just a little unsure after Mexican food, IHOP, birthday celebration and other foods I NEVER usually touch! Okay, reset my brain- back on track!0 -
Hi! I'd love to finish off the last 7 weeks of this challenge for a sexier Halloween with this group. I'll weigh in tomorrow but I'm in for a 10 lb weight loss. Till tomorrow and good luck!0

This week has been great.
Couch to 5k is an awesome plan and I will continue to run at least 3 times a week.
30 Day Shred is giving me a workout. I am so sore
For the remainder of the challenge I am going to try to eliminate as much packaged/processed foods as I can. I would like to eat clean at least 80% of the time0 -
Happy Sunday! I felt much better this last week, so I did better.... until the weekend! Those dang weekends! But I have had worse weekends, so at least it wasnt awful! I went grocery shopping today and got a bunch of yummy, healthy stuff! So I'm ready to get my health and workout on this week! Have a great week everyone!0

Last week wasn't so bad! I did great on my work outs. There was still a few days where I had "too few calories" according to MFP. I really need to work on that so my metabolism does not slow down. I was really worried about last week because of the concert on Friday but I did great staying within my calories. It was a great week all in all.0
