Monday Sept 10

Starting a new thread for today for everyone to log into for their days accountibility... I thought this might be easier then only one thread to scroll through. If we have one for each day it will be easier to spot who need motivation/encouragement.
Have a great day My Fitness Pal Friends.

I didn't have coffee today and only had 1 small candy today. I also drink alot of milk and that's something I refuse to give up. Milk does a body good. Good luck everyone!

    it was a GREAT day.
I did my cardio 75 min in total.... no lifting today that will be tomorrow.
No cheats not even a lick of a spoon that is a HUGE accomplishment for me!
so only 59 days to go to be cured.

My husband is my inspiration for almost 6 months he has been following an amamzing nutrition plan, of no sugar, no processed food, and no excuses! He has lost 65+ lbs. Amazing I am hoping to achieve similar results. I have lost 42 bs over the last 7 months not the same numbers but I have not been as strict.
