So Far So Good

... I don't even want to talk about yesterday... I ran errands all morning and did homework all afternoon so by dinnertime, all I wanted was something covered with cheese! :( I didn't do terrible considering I didn't really have time to eat all day but I also didn't have time to get my *kitten* off the couch and get some excercise in. Today is a new day and packed smart food for work so I know for at least the nine hours in the middle of the day, I'm going to do good. Just found out there is a good chance I have Valley Fever which makes walking on breaks out of the question (our air is pretty gross here) but I've got yoga videos and home and will do them first thing this evening. I can squeeze the strength training stuff in between study breaks. It helps to have a plan!
