Weight loss is not only a physically demanding journey, but an emotional one as well. It helps to be positive and tell yourself the things you love about YOU. It doesn't have to be physical at all. Just tell us everyday this week 1 thing you love about yourself, and make sure you listen to yourself when you say it we all love encouragement from others, but the most important person in this journey is yourself.

Hi, I love how uber-upbeat I am...And now that I've lost weight I seem even happier all the time. I was before but I was happy then normal then moody then normal then happy. Everything seems a little bit more wonderful, even the everyday stuff now that I've lost weight - it's like my base level of happiness has risen.0
