Total: 5.2 pounds lost since we started the challenge.
NOT the direction that I want to be heading. And it's my own darn fault.
We have 5.5 weeks left.
I have noticed that many people make unrealistic goals.
Review where you are, and reset your goal if you need to.
What is a REALISTIC goal for YOU from now until October 25?
____ pounds lost? ____ hours? ____ miles? ____ steps? ____ pounds lifted? ____ sets?
Log all your food? Drink more water?
I need to set realistic goals; and be flexible if I have a good reason to not make them. (Injury recovery)
I need to loose 3.2 pounds to put me under 150.
I need to continue to be consistent with my water consumption, and not save it until bedtime!
I need to get rid of the junk that I've started to eat again in the last few days.
I have permission to start going on walks again; short ones for now. I need to do that every day.
I need to crack down and JUST DO IT!

you are so right bonnie, I would be happy with any loss at the moment as Ive been stuck for a while, eye surgery had me unable to exercise.
we have weigh ins on
tues 18th & 25th sept
tues 2nd 9th 16th 23rd Oct
then thurs 25th Oct for the final weigh in
Id be happy to lost 5lbs in that time ... fingers crossed my new workout plans with deliver the results I hope for0
