Hi Ladies! You all are doing soo great! I will not be pushing play today because I will be teaching a 60 minute kick box class instead!

I didn't push play today because my neighbor downstairs had to work the late shift last night and was sleeping. I probably won't tomorrow either, because I have a medical procedure in the morning. Hopefully I'll be back at it on Wednesday.0

Did fire 30 was going to do push 3 but I have just been so tired today. I barely got through the fire 300

Felt better today. I went to sleep at 9 pm. fell asleep reading my book with lights on and windows open. Kind of funny actually. My hubby thought i was awake so he comes stomping in and woke me up (kind of).
I did Core 20 and Low HIIT 25. I don't like the yoga so I changed it. lol0 -
Monday - Fire 45 EZ........those heel taps, then knee lifts kick my tail
Tuesday- HIIT 15
Wednesday Fire 45 EZ.....I was able to hang in there for more of those dag gum heel taps!
Thursday- Core 20
Saturday is my weigh in day and I'm hoping that I see the numbers on the scale move! I've been eating clean and drinking tons of water, but I've only lost 1 pound and this is my third week. I have lost 1 inch in my waist, 2 inches in my hips, and .25 inches off each thigh. I'm so glad I took measurements! That has helped me to not be discouraged.0 -
I've got more blood work tomorrow, so I'm hoping that I can get in a workout before I have to go. These doctor visits are totally messing with my workout schedule... but found out that I have a hormone imbalance that I need to get resolved... it might actually be messing with my weight loss! Either way, I sure fell a lot stronger than I did before I started, so I'm going to push on I'd rather be strong than be thin anyways.
Did Fire 45 and Stretch 10 today, Fire 55 yesterday, looking to do HIIT 20 and Sculpt 30 tomorrow if I can.0 -
Did Fire 55 EZ today. Love this workout. I burned 385 calories! So hot still. I had to close the windows and turn on the ac to get my temp down. lol I worked hard!0

Managed to only miss one workout day this week. Next week I am going to make sure I hit them all!0
