Condensed cooking

Well, I have combined vegan cooking, blending and juicing.
I blend the leafy greens and soft fruits in the juice I have juiced from the hard vegetables. It works out quite well. I add protein powder and sometimes tofu and sometimes Almond milk. I make a big quantity the night before and then drink it throughout the day when I get hungry.

I also have 1 or 2 small portions of bean soup for added protein.

It will be interesting to see what effect this has.
