    my hunger led me to 50/50 salad with a sensible portion of thai noodles, alvo, sunburst tomatos, sauted squash, & my boy Newman's sesame ginger dressing. wonder where my hunger for healthy choices will lead me tomorrow?

    I agree completely. Its as if we can look inside ourselves to find out the true meaning of sensible portions and sensibility.
