Finally the scale moved!!

I have been at a plateau and was getting frustrated with the scale. I track everything I put in my mouth...it makes me think prior to eating too much or the wrong kind of foods. I gave myself a break from tracking when I went on my annual Women's Getaway this past weekend and did not track however I was very aware and made good choices...no chips or junk food. I came back 1.1 lbs lighter!! Yeah! Granted we were trail riding on our horses all weekend so I did get some excellent core exercise in this weekend. I just had to share since I am excited that things are "moving again".

Woot, woot...down another .7 this morning. Finally things are happening. I have been making sure my HR is at or above 140 when exercising and I am eating more than 1200 calories per day. Funny how eating a bit more makes the scale move. Hoping to get another 10 off prior to hitting another plateau!0
