Non WW Point Apps

So I've come across two really good (or seem good) apps that do everything WW does without the hefty price tag.
One is Pts. Plus Diary http://www.pointsplusdiary.com
and the other is The Ultimate Value Diary (I think I like the 2nd one better) http://www.ultimatevaluediary.com
Have any of you tried them? Are they as good as the original WW site, especially with so many free WW recipes available online?
