Just thought I'd share this article on improving your tri time. A lot of it I've heard, but I am convinced that I need a wet suit. Think I'll check into renting one for my tri on 9/22.

Nothing too groundbreaking there. The estimation of 10-20 seconds per hundred just from a wetsuit is a bit optimistic. Maybe if your form is God awful. That said it is faster. Any wetsuit legal tri should see you in a wetsuit. The bike issues can almost all be boiled down to get a professional fit. That isn't the run of the mill eyeball test either. We're talking hi tech, motion sensors taped to your body type of stuff. Same goes for running shoes. Go to a running specific store, not ****s or Academy or Sports Authority, and have them look at your gait and put you in the right pair of shoes. Also learn to train by heart rate or power on the bike and you'll see your results jump exponentially.0
