I have another quote and a cute poster but can't figure out how to post pictures... if I figure it out today I will post it but the words are still very true.

I had a good day today! Drank my water! Went for my run and did weights.... my legs were a little sore from yesterday... then combined with today I can feel it already. pretty soon it will be time to take some advil and head to bed.
Its been a long time since I last lifted and I loved it... my baby girls were working out with me and I love it.0 -
Ok I didn't post my progress last night!! I had a long night with my children!!! I did get a workout in. I did 25 minutes in my sculpt and step class and did the eliptical for about 15 minutes. I did some strength training, squats, bicep, tricep, and ab work. I weighted 156 yesterday when i weighed in trying to get to 145 by the end of this challenge. Can't wait to see if I make it!!! I did stay below my calories but I didn't get enough because I fasted for the first part of the day. I hope everyone is sticking it out and making it work!!! Oh and I didn't have any sweets and drunk nothing but water!!!0

Sorry I forgot to post my results on last night. Wednesday went ok. I ran 20 mins and did 20 mins on the elliptical. I stuck to my water and had no sweets, but my calorie intake was kind of high. Lately I've been eating a lot more. I can't figure out why. :-/ No strength again.0

I didnt get in any exercise today, there just wasnt time. I did however stay under my total calories. Still trying to drink nothing but water but had to have a gatorade today due to some leg cramps. Have an amusing quote that they have hanging at my gym:
"NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS SKINNY FEELS"0 -
