In spite of what my last post implied, we're not going anywhere! So, if you're new here, welcome! A stone a month (14 pounds) is a very aggressive goal. So far, no one has really achieved it. That's OK! We're a small, supportive group that likes the accountability we provide and the tracking of our spreadsheet.
