Total so far: 13.5!

I'm shooting for another 3.5 pounds for weigh in #5.

How's everyone else coming? How are you working to lose the weigh, just calorie counting or exercise also? What kind of exercise, if so?

  • Thought I'd update as I haven't updated since week 2 when I hit my 10lbs.

    SW: 269lbs
    First weeks weight: 261lbs
    Second weeks weight: 259lbs
    Forth weeks weight: 252lbs

    Total loss is 17lbs :)
