I was thinking. I know we all WANT to lose 14 pounds a month, but that's aggressive. What if I added a column for a "goal" and then had a score (%) based on progress towards that goal?

I like it. I have been in this group since it started as A Stone in May! I love tracking it this way, along with other ways I keep up. I think the monthly goal is cool. I like how it Records how far toward the goal we are. I never strive for 14 pounds a month. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't. I'm cool either way. =D Good job!
