Do NOT take Beano before cuz there WILL BE an after for us. Beano contains wheat! But, good news! Walgreen's generic version is not only cheaper, it is Gluten Free! So, I figured I spread the word.

    You're kidding me! Beano has wheat in it? Really? Sheesh. I know another option is charcoal. I tried those once and they did a good job with the gases.
