injury!!

I've fractured my wrist and was curious if anyone might have any advice about exercising with an injury such as this?
I'm really trying to loose weight and exercise and Ive accomplished changing my eating habits but i really miss exercising. I fractured my wrist shortly after this challenge started. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

    I'm so sorry to hear about your wrist! Ouch!! I hope it heals quickly for you. As for exercising, you can walk and jog. You can do ab crunches, and lower body strength exercises. I'd just do whatever you can that avoids the use of your wrist. So obviously no push-ups. :wink: Definitely keep focusing on your diet. I read somewhere that weightloss is 80% diet, so you should still be able to do that while your wrist heals. It definitely sucks when you have an injury. I hurt my knee a few months ago and it was causing me alot of issues with my workouts. But you definitely have to rest it and let it heal properly to avoid future issues. Hope this helps! :smile:
