Add an extra 300-500 calories. Although when I was pregnant there were days that I just didn't want to eat at all. Maybe one day every 2 weeks I would actually be hungry and chow down.

DO NOT STRESS OUT. It is bad for you and the baby.

    Good luck!

My doctor advised me to eat at maintenance for the first trimester and then to add 200-300 calories in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters. Congratulations on your pregnancy :)

Ditto for me. I also listen to my body; so if I'm just not hungry one day to eat all my calories I carry them over to the next day as an exercise entry (created one special for this labeled "leftover calories"). That way, when I was starting and "overate" I really wasn't because I had the extra calories from previous days. This helped me to not stress about calories because in the end every week I was pretty on.
