    OoooRah!! Getting back onto this now that I have recovered from an anterior cervical fusion level 1 C6-C7. Not going to let this be an excuse because I am going to have to have several more surgeries to get me back together. Hitting 50 in a few weeks but want to get back to being a lean, mean, fighting machine! Will add you. m
