Hi can any one tell me what I have done wrong and how to fix my stepper. I was trying to set the stepped for sleep.I pressed the button to try to find the start word but couldn't find it, It only had Stop and after that a lot of numbers flashing fast. Ok so I just put it in the wrist band and went to sleep. I have tried the sync it but now it will only flash 4.14. Does any one know what that meant ..... Please I need help !!!!!!!
