Inguinal hernia

I have had an Inguinal hernia for almost 2 years now and it sucks. The problems is a hole right above my *kitten* so my intestines crush my right testicle. I have not been able to get it repaired nor does it seem like I ever will which is disheartening to say the least. I have taken up yoga and some various internal arts to try to self heal it but it has not proven itself tho the hernia changes my brain and makes me more lazy and make excuses. Anyone else dealing with this?

I am dealing with a huge hernia cause by a surgical incision above my belly button. Why can't you get your hernia repaired? It is a financial issue/no health insurance.
A hernia repair can cost as little as 4000.00.
Living with my hernia is hell. I cannot get a hernia repair until I lose about 100lbs.
I plan to go the bariactric route revising my failed lap band to a gastric sleeve. Then, I will lose the weight and then I can get a hernia repair. Now the bariactrics is jacking me around delaying, delaying. It will be self pay for 15500.00.
I would be interested in your techniques for conditioning with a hernia. My body is atrophying and I am losing more mobility every day. My back hates not moving.
