Good Morning my fitness pal's I hope you've all had a fantastic week.

"call me crazy but I love suffering the day after my workout" (quote from pinterest)

But I do love it.... my muscles are telling me they are alive and I've worked hard.

Lets get some chatter... What was your defining moment to change?

I will start. It was the scale. I don't put much interest in the scale so it would go up a little and I'd kind of whatever... never seeing myself in a mirror (I believe I have an image in my head of what I look like and I choose to see that then whats really reflected, and trust me its better than real life)... But then one day last January the scale hit 250 and that was my wake up call! I was done Many things needed to change and that is when my journey began. To date I have lost 44 lbs and having challange busting through to ONE-derland.... But I am hoping to change this very soon.
