So I guess I'll start this out...

I'm going to post my 150-miles-by-Turkey-Day daily logs here and edit each day.

Day 1: 1 mile
Day 2: 0 miles (Both day 1 & 2 sick)
Day 3: 2.5 miles
Day 4: Today, I walked 4 hours in 6-inch heels doing shopping. Now, my feet hurt and I'm pooped. How should I log this? Should this even count towards the daily 2 miles? Up to discussion. if I were walking 1.5 miles per hour (really slowly) the whole time, that would be 6 miles. But I didn't do it strictly for exercise; on the other hand, I never just walk that much on the average day. So should I just call it 2 miles, and then add on to it if I do more exercise on my treadmill later?
Day 5: Headache and nausea all day. I think it was psychosomatic since I was depressed and listless all day after my boyfriend left (I won't see him again for a month).
Day 6: Did 2 miles this morning. I'm going to try for 2 more tonight. :) Trying to make up for yesterday a bit.
Day 7: 0 miles. :(
Day 8: 0 miles again! I'm SO FAR BEHIND in my studies, and I have a test Monday. Seriously stressing right now over HUGE test Monday. I know I need to work out. I'm actually so stressed I didn't eat much today. Normally that would bother me but I'm seriously almost nauseated I'm so stressed/anxious. Trying to catch up. Going to work out tomorrow if at all possible. Trying for 4 miles in 1 go because I need to catch up!!! Gotta get back to studying!

i would put it in on the exercise calculator and put what it says. Do you think that would give the best results?
