Hi all I am new to this blog. I am a single mom of three and just trying to get healthier to have more time here on earth with my children and to have more energy to do fun things with them. My 7 year old has a learning disability he requires a lot of my time but due to doctors orders I had to start taking better care of my health so that brings me to myfitnesspal. I only been here a week and hopefully this is the start of a new healthier journey and building some good friendships.

    Hello! Just joined this group as well. :) I have been so bad slacking with what I know I should be doing. My name is Linda and I have only one daughter age 17. Life is so busy and just got busier since I started back to school!! Hope your week is going great!! :)
