So I joined this group to see if I can get any help from people from the great state of Louisiana. I think we have a harder time eating healthy because of all the great food our state has to offer.

    no kidding. :laugh:

    my number 1 tip is to not eat out. AT ALL. Knowing what you're putting into your meals and picking/measuring the ingredients yourself helps A LOT.
