I might be a little aggressive with those goal but we'll see

My plan is to work on shorter distance sprints 3 days a week

    I don't think that's too aggressive- I think that sounds like a good, hard goal. I think you can do it!

    I know you hate it, but mixing in some longer runs at a moderate pace will really help you pare down the time in addition to the sprints, maybe once a week? I think you're at a crossroads both with the fitness and weight, I have a feeling something is going to click soon and you're going to make swift progression in both. Cheers!

    Your goals are much more definte than mine in the sense that you have a time frame. I really don't know how long it will take me, so I didn't give myself a time frame. It's more of when it happens it happens. But I want to make sure it happens.
