    I am 5'9" started at 207lbs in december 2012.. now at 181, final goal is 150-ish..

    Height: 5' 9.5" ( i always round down to 5'9, but I think I'm actually closer to 5'10")

    hey, guys! i'm 27, 5'11", and the shortest person in my family. it's completely unfair, but what's a girl to do?
    i've been really muscular my whole life, so when i'm 200lbs, i have less than 20% body fat; my goal's 195, but i've been letting everything slide recently, so i'm up at 260 (which is down 23lbs, so yay, me!)

    Hi, are you me? JK., but are numbers are super similar. I'm 27, 5'9.5" or so, and 147 pounds, with a goal of 130-135.

    The weight is coming off slowwwwwwly! But what works for me: Cutting down on alcohol has helped a lot. I love beer but it adds so many calories. Also, I've started doing Zumba. I normally stick to elliptical and maybe some sit-ups, so this is working muscle groups that haven't been used in a long time. It's also a lot of fun and an easy way to get 60 minutes of cardio in.

    I'm 26, 6'1. Aiming to get down to 165 lbs. First goal is 178lbs, then 165lbs, see how that feels. Maybe a little less. It's nice to find other girls with similar goals!
