finally the scales have gone down :D however I also sprained my calf so all I can hope for now is the weight staying off and my calf recovering quickly :( Then I can get right back to the exercise.

The sprained calf won't stop me doing push ups thou :)

    Very nice, Donna.

    i have done as well as i hoped but still getting somewhere - down from 206 to 198. lost a few inches in the waist and hips too.
  • Lets do this!! from Monday next week we will have one month more to lose the rest of the weight

    Donna, you are right about not being able to exercise having an impact on weight loss. I hope your eye and calf are improving. I was told to stop walking again for a few days. I've just restarted again. 20 minutes every 2-3 days. Even those 20 minutes help! :)
