Circuit or all in a row?

I guess I never considered that I was doing this wrong, but....
when you do your workout, do you do each workout in a circuit 5 times, or do each individual exercise 5 times in a row and then move on to the next one?
Nothing like being 7 weeks into a program to realize you're doing it wrong!

I do each individual exercise separately. Five sets of squats (after warming up) and then move on. I worry about some bro jumping in my power cage to do curls if I didn't get all my squats in at once.
I don't know that it matters, really, one way or another, if you do them circuit style or individually, in terms of gaining strength or muscle, as long as you're adequately resting between sets. But I could be wrong.0 -
It is definitely not a circuit routine. Complete all your squats then move on to the next exercise. You also need to do them in that specific order (it's a push/pull thing)....unless you are a rebel...lol!0

Well that certainly makes lot more sense... and takes up a lot less equipment at the same time!0

Absolutely 100% do each exercise 5 reps for 5 sets before moving on to the next.
Also, do them in order. There's a reason for the order of the workout. You will see this if you download the report and read it.0
