MFP - Boxing Calories Burned

Hi guys - is it just me, or does anyone else think te calories burned for sparring, wavy bag are ratty low on MyFitnessPals database?
Im thinking I may have to wear a HRM to keep a closer eye on my effort

Yes, i wear my hrm during my boxing classes and it usually my hrm is higher than mfp.0
