How's everybody doing this week? I'm starting Week 5 and am super pumped! I've only lost 1 lb so far, but I lost almost 2 inches last week!
Doing Fire 55 EZ today, since Mondays are my off day. Are any of you noticing results yet?

Hey Jeni. I am doing great finally got out of my plateau. I was working out too hard and not eating enough. and I lost an inch off my hips!!! This is my week 7 and Yesterday I did Burn intervals and today I did Fire 55 EZ. Love my results so far. I got through the whole 45 min until I had to slow down because of tiredness.

I have not pushed play in a while.. :sad: I have been sick, but still pushing myself to teach my classes. I think I will have to start back at week one.. Just have not been consistant with TF..I have been keeping up with what you all are doing and I am so proud of those that have been sticking with the program!! You guys are awesome!! I will be hopping back on shortly!!

Trying to talk myself into doing Fire 55. I left work early and was going to workout then, but I felt awful by the time I got home. I feel much better now, just trying to pump myself up. I think knowing that its 55 mins is intimidating!
I'm on my fourth week and have only lost 2 pounds. I had it in my head that I would lose at least 2 a week. I'm so glad I took my measurements. I have definately lost inches and I'm looking forward to taking my 30 day measurements.0 -
Hey ladies. I have been out of town on business. I have not done TF since Friday. I had to do some old school tae Bo on you tube...it was killer....brought back old workout memories! Lol, I have lost some inches and only a few pounds...but I will see it through. Week 5!0

Did Fire 45 today FUN and HARD! I was so tired by the end. Make sure you eat something before you do this one. Me like a dummy didn't so I used all my energy. I exercise before breakfast a lot of times because I don't really get hungry til the mid morning and eat the bulk of my calories at night but today I felt a little peckish and I said nah Ill make it. Well this work out was super high energy. OOPS. Oh well now I know better. =D I am feeling better now that I have 2 meals in me. Oh yeah Im on week 8 I said 7 but that was last week.0

Did Burn Intervals today. I didn't get through the whole thing because my boys were being punks going up and down the stairs several times kind of took out some of my steam. Lol0

I couldn't work out yesterday because the lady who lives downstairs was home all day. If I even vacuum she thumps on the ceiling with a broom and complains. I'd rather just play catch up than deal with her >,< So today I did Fire 55 EZ and Sculpt 30 instead of Fire 30 and Sculpt 30. I'll do my Tone 30 on Sunday with the Abs and Stretch workouts.0

Going to take an unplanned DOR today. My allergies are kicking my butt and I just need to take it easy. I was going to do it but I'm dizzy so moving around really fast isn't an option today lol. Hope everyone is still pushing play! Everyone is doing great keep it up0

Morning ladies. I did fire 30 this morning. Can't do tone 30. Have to get ready to head out. My husband and I are going to see the redskins and bangle game. I think I will be repeating week 5 next week. I didn't do as much with week five as I would like. Everyone keep pushing!0

I weighed in this morning only to find that I have gained back the 2 lbs that I have been juggling for the past couple of months again. However, I lost a quarter inch on my upper arms, an inch on my waist, and an inch on my hips, so I am happy0

Jeni, cudos on your inches lost! Way to go girl! I read a post left by Melzy71 and I came to the conclusion that I am taking my scale out of the bathroom. I am not really losing any weight. I can tell that I am losing inches. I am going to have my husband re-take my measurements on Sunday. I decided on a do-over for week 5 of TF. I did 55EZ this morning, I feel great. I am going to try and rev up my veggie and fruit intake. I think I am consuming to many carbs in the evening. I am looking to do something high protein and low carb in the evenings.
