P90x

Hello everyone,
I just joined my fitness pal today. I am currently doing P90x and I'm starting my 10th week so I am almost done with the program. I have gotten some pretty good results so far in-terms of muscle definition and and I have lost a few inches here and there, but my goal now is to focus on losing my belly weight. I had a baby a year ago and its been a long battle to lose those last 10pounds off my mid-section so I hoping by tracking my food and upping my cardieo I can get to my goal. I would appreciate any advice I can get.

  • jkitty257 - You are definitely on the right track with tracking your food. 70% of your results are what you eat and then 30% on workouts. There is no one way to get a flat stomach as weight comes off where it wants to, not where we would prefer, so to have a flat stomach your BMI has to go down. I have also been focusing on eating foods that are belly "friendly" such as fish, almonds, blueberries, etc.
