New to group

Hey everyone! I'm new to the group but not to TurboFire. I've had this program for about a year and have only used it a few times. I've got to do this, so here I am. Looking forward to getting to know everyone. I will be pushing play tonight.

    Welcome to the group Jacci! Glad to have you here with us :) Which schedule are you going by? I'm going by the Fire Starter Schedule. I simply love it so far and I hope you enjoy your workout tonight.

    I think I'll jump right and start the main program (not sure what it's called). I've been doing a zumba and kettlebell work for the past few weeks.

    I'm a big fan of Zumba myself. On top doing Turbo Fire I do Zumba on the wii. I love dancing. And they have the prep schedule, fire starter schedule, class schedule and advanced class schedule all of them are a little bit different just by what workouts you do on a certain day. Did you go to Zumba classes? Or do you have the dvds?

    That's awesome! I only went to Zumba classes for maybe a month but I love being in the atmosphere. Great energy and it's fun to dance in a group. How is TurboFire going?

    *** NEWBIE ALERT ***

    I've just ordered the program and will be starting as soon as the program arrives. I've used parts of the P90X and Insanity programs in the past. Lately, yoga has been my go to workout but I don't get a cardio kick from yoga.

    I'm looking forward to the workouts, the new friends I'll meet here on MFP and hearing all your advice on how to make the program change my body.

    Welcome Ellen! I'm Shalla. I'm glad you decided to join us! So excited for you to start Turbofire! I love it! It's fun and very effective. Let us know when you start. Check in whenever you can. We love to stay updated with each other. We try our best to support one another so I think you'll like it here with us Turbos :).

    My advice would be of course take your time with Turbofire. The moves will be confusing the first few times but you know thats only because its new to you. As long as you keep moving your fine. A few of us are on almost done with Week 5 and I'm speaking for a few of us when I say we are still having those moments where were like wait what? LOL, but its totally fine to make mistakes.     I am on day 4 of TF=) I am loving every second of it. I guess i am doing the schedule it came with, except i didn't rest on day 3 just did the fire starter class, so i will be doing that again today.
    I have done insanity in the past and liked it but i needed a change.
    So far find i am actually excited to do these workouts instead of dreading it.

    Woo! Thats great! So glad your loving TF and not dreading it LOL. How was your results with Insanity? I'm actually thinking about doing it this summer but I'm not sure yet. Look forward to hearing from you and knowing how your journey is going :).
